The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd is an online-based ecommerce business operating within the borders of South Africa. We sell electronic goods and accessories sourced from authorised distributors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (the legal age of majority in South Africa) and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. If you allow dependents under your care to use our site, you accept responsibility for their activity.

Placing an Order: Submitting an order on our website is an offer to buy. You will receive an acknowledgment email, but no contract exists until your payment is received in full and your order is confirmed by us in writing (via email).

Payment Method: Payments are only accepted from customers/clients within the borders of Southern Africa. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd account, the details of which will be provided on request.

First to Pay, First Priority: Orders are processed on a first-to-pay basis. If stock sells out before your payment clears, we will refund you in full or offer an alternative product. No claim
for damages shall be made against The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd should this occur.

Ownership & Risk: Ownership transfers once full payment is received and goods are
delivered. Risk transfers when the courier collects your order from us.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur. If we discover a mistake in your order (e.g. incorrect price or stock availability), we will notify you promptly. You may choose to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without notice due to supplier adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, or market conditions. We are not obliged to honour obvious pricing errors.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email and courier tracking. (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)

We do not use postal services.
Estimated delivery times:

Major urban areas: 2–5 working days

Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or damages claims.

Once an order leaves our premises and is collected by the courier, liability passes to the customer. Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be taken up directly with the courier, though we will assist where possible.

All products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Duration and coverage vary depending on the brand.

Warranty claims are handled in line with the manufacturer’s or authorised service centre’s processes.

All warranties are provided through manufacturers and not directly through The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd. The Warlord Group(Pty) Ltd does not take responsibility for direct warranty of any products bought from us. All goods sold shall only be covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty.

Any warranty in respect to the goods sold on this site, shall apply only to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product for the period that such warranty applies. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should no warranty exist for the product in question,The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible, in any way, for the repairs, replacement and/or costs associated therewith of the product.

Warranties are void if:
Products are physically damaged, mishandled, or show signs of misuse.

Serial numbers are missing, tampered with, or do not match the product.

Products are used outside of manufacturer specifications (e.g., overclocking, mining where prohibited).

Promotional/free items (e.g., bundled mouse, cables) do not carry warranties.

Warranty does not cover: liquid damage, lightning, power surges, theft, riot or negligence.

Defective/Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund.

Unwanted/Change of Mind Returns: Accepted within 7 days if product is new and unused, in their original packaging with all accessories, undamaged and in a sale-able condition. You are responsible for return courier costs.

Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days once returned items are inspected. Refunds are paid into the account you furnish us via EFT payment.

Rejected Returns: If an item is returned physically damaged or tampered with, we will return it to you at your cost.

All content on our website (text, logos, images, designs, trademarks) is the property of The Warlord Group (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Your personal information is collected only to process orders, deliver products, and (with consent) send marketing updates.

We do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with couriers, suppliers (for warranty claims), or legal authorities when required.

The website is protected by SSL encryption. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. By using the site, you acknowledge this risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
